For most of us, our high school years hold a special place in our hearts. As student of our renowned public high school, we were privileged to be taught by wonderful instructors under a new model. Our academic and arts educations were challenging and inspirational. What we gained there is never forgotten. Alumni and Friends (A&F) was founded to keep that spirit alive and to provide a way for graduates to help today’s and tomorrow’s students excel. Many of us have contributed to or established scholarships, or helped fund instrument repair and art supplies, drama or dance funds, or donated to our Talented Students Arts Initiative (TSAI) at the new High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts. We are inviting you to extend your commitment by becoming a member of our new society for those who wish to play a significant role in preserving excellence of arts education in the years to come. This society is newly-launched by A&F recognizing those alumni and friends who, in their estate planning, have provided for LaGuardia and its students, or have made Alumni & Friends the beneficiary of an IRA, pension or profit-sharing plan. Consider these opportunities when making your commitment.
